Covid 19 Update-Everything you need to know from refunds to delivery!

The health, safety and wellbeing of our team and customers during this time is our priority, so it was with a heavy heart that we made the decision to temporarily close our doors on Friday March 20th, in an effort to protect our community.

While we really miss seeing you in in store, you can continue to explore and shop our website.  Don’t forget that you'll receive a 15% discount if you sign up to our mailing list.  Please do join us on our social channels for some inspiration and positive vibes, where we will continue to share our stories with you in the hope that we can help lift your spirits during these challenging times.

We have reduced our deliveries to once a week. All parcels are packaged by Fleur the owner of Godiva at the shop premises to reduce contact. Please keep an eye on our social channels for updated weekly post days.

What about my returns?

In store purchases: If you have items to return (full price, sale or faulty) don’t worry, please hold on to your items until the stores reopen. We will honour any late returns in line with the other terms in our returns policy for a period of 14 days from when we reopen. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.  We recommend signing up to our newsletter online to be kept up to date with new offers and announcements. 


Online: Due to the impact Coronavirus is having on our customers ability to return items, we've extended our online returns period to 60 days. Due to our shop being closed please email: for an alternative returns address. If for any reason you're having difficultly getting out to a post office please just let us know.
