When you choose to set up an account with us in store, we take your name and email address and you are invited to fill out as many or as few details about you as you wish.
When you make a purchase from us online, we take your name, postal address and your phone number or email address or Facebook Messenger details.

Whether you purchase from us in store or online, we use a third party payment processor to validate and process all card payments. In store, the processor is Payment Sense. Online, it is Shopify Payments or PayPal.

3. Why we keep your information
We will keep your information for as long as you have an in store or online account with us, as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list, or as long as we need it to keep providing our services or customer support to you.
If reasonably necessary, or if required to meet legal requirements, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of your information as required, even after you have deleted your account or we no longer need it to provide our services to you.
4. Marketing messages
If you have opted in to our mailing list, either by signing up in store or online when registering an account or through a sign up form, we may send you marketing messages by email to let you know about any special events we might have planned or new products we think you might be interested in.
How to stop receiving marketing messages:
You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time. You can do this in a number of ways:

- by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any of our marketing emails

We will update your settings to make sure that you don’t receive any further marketing emails from us.
By stopping marketing emails you will not stop service messages such as order confirmations, transactional receipts and shipping updates.
