Orders placed before 2pm, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next working day.
Is it okay if I need to return an item?
Of course! If there is something wrong with an item you ordered, you can send it back to us for an exchange or full refund. Items must be in their original condition and received by Godiva within 30 days of the original shipment.
Do get in touch with us with any questions about fit, style or colour before your purchase to ensure your satisfaction.
How do I make an exchange or return?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 0131 221 9212 and we can start the returns process.
Do I need to make an account to place an order?
Accounts aren't necessary at Godiva, you can order as a guest if you prefer. Making an account is cool because we'll be able to send you our occasional newsletters with information about our new products, discounts, and glimpses behind the scenes.
Where is Godiva located?
We are based in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, in Scotland. You can visit our brick-and-mortar store in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town (we're in the shadow of the castle!) at 9 West Port, EH1 2JA.

Do your products run true to size?
Always order your usual size unless it's indicated on the product listing that an items runs larger or smaller than usual. Because we carry such a variety of clothing, from vintage to handmade to brands from around the world, we know that the question of sizing can be worrisome. We do our best in our individual product descriptions to provide sizing guidelines. If you have any specific questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would love to measure anything that you have questions about!
Does Godiva ship overseas?
Yes! We ship using Royal Mail International Standard.
What's your policy on returning vintage pieces?
Vintage items are all final sale. Due to the nature of vintage pieces, small imperfections can occur with these items. We do our best in every case to describe the condition of our vintage clothing and accessories in our product descriptions. If you ever have a question about the quality or fit of anything on Godiva, we are happy to send you additional photos and measurements.
I'm a local customer in the Edinburgh area. Can I come pick up my order?
Of course! Just select the in-store collection option at the checkout page, and we'll get your order ready for you that same day.
