The brass is coated with a protective wax to prevent tarnishing, however brass will tarnish eventually, but can be easily be kept clean using a simple brass cleaner
Claire has been designing and making clothes and jewellery since graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in Fashion & Textile Design in 2003. In the early days Claire initially focused on re-working vintage items to make new garments, inspired by her love of vintage styles and prints, before creating her own label ‘Mollie Brown’, which has been named after her Grandma.
